Let's Partner Together!
H.E.R. believes lasting change happens through collaboration. We welcome partnerships with community organizations, businesses, faith-based institutions, government agencies, healthcare providers, and individuals who share our commitment to empowering women through housing, support services, education, and workforce development. Together, we can create pathways to stability, self-sufficiency, and restoration.
H.E.R. was founded by Glynis Neale Whitaker, whose lifelong mission has been to serve others. From becoming a therapeutic foster care parent to opening an assisted living facility and building a career in property management and real estate, every step of her journey reinforced the life-changing power of safe, stable housing.
Witnessing women face homelessness, domestic violence, financial hardship, and other life challenges inspired her to establish H.E.R. Today, her vision extends beyond providing housing—it's about restoring hope, empowering women, and equipping them with the resources, confidence, and support they need to build independent, purpose-filled lives.
